Few days back Microsoft new Windows 8 UI design of renovated Welcome Screen for new Operating System was made public. Well there are uncertainties among people as it was made public at April fool event so no one taking any interest in it. But at the same time some others confirmed about its legitimacy of this new Welcome Screen by Microsoft, which includes the sources Rafael Rivera and Paul Thurrott.
