Apple launched its new iPad 2 a week back, but the most of us were now able to do a lot of thing on our iPad. One of it is opening a Microsoft Office file. Don’t I have the perfect solution for you all, you can use a built-in Mail Application on your Apple iPad, which allow you to open you MS Office files. This new Office application will allow you to open Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word files. Using any POP3 (Post Office Protocol) to enable you email account you can send and receive emails using this Mail app.

Let me tell you all how to open Microsoft Office on your iPad by the following the simple guidelines below;

FIRST STEP: You have to send email to an email ID with POP3 enabled, which contains a Microsoft Office file as attachment, on the iPad’s Mail application.

SECOND STEP: By tapping on the “Mail” icon on your iPad, open your Mail application.

THIRD STEP: Now choose the email account from which you have send the email with Microsoft Office attachment.

FORTH STEP: Look for the email containing the Microsoft Office attachment.

FIFTH STEP: Go to the bottom of the email message. If you want to open the attachment simply tap on the Microsoft Office attachment icon.
