You need to put your idevice in DFU Mode and your idevice must be contected to your computer.
didn’t work. still getting the same error… if i run tinyumbrella, 3194 error goes away but then i get 1013 error…. i am stuck… HELP PLEASE

in my case open tiny umbrella and start tss server and then restore it and it works fine and restore finish without error
